Lazy Lou Futurity Incentive 

Purpose:
In 2016 we teamed up with the Lazy Lou to bring OBRA members this incentive to purchase and compete on Lazy Lou Bred Horses.  Each year Lazy Lou registered quarter horse foals for sale through our annual production sale held in September at David Carson Farms & Auction Services Ltd., Listowel, Ontario.
At this year's sale the OBRA received $1,000 to grow till 2024, when this year's foal crop will be eligible to compete in the Futurity.

How it works:
The top three Lazy Lou bred horses competing in the 2021 OBRA Grand Slam Finals will be eligible for a $1,000 purse. With 50% for the 1st place, 30% for second and 20% for third placed eligible Lazy Lou bred horses. Payout will be based on the average of the two futurity runs. 

Eligibility:
Futurity eligible Lazy Lou bred horses. Registration papers required. Must compete in both Futurity runs at finals to qualify.
